Prudence Melinda Halliwell is the daughter of Piper Halliwell and Leo Wyatt and the older twin sister of Chris Halliwell. Melinda is a whitelighter-witch born shortly before midnight on February 1st, 2003. This day is known as the Imbolc, the beginning of spring and an important day to witches.
